Chris Fattaei
Managing Director
Chris Fattaei, P.Eng., is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 30 years of manufacturing experience across structural steel, steel fabrication, metal fabrication, metal forming, CNC machining, and other industrial sectors.
Throughout his career, he has specialized in operational excellence, cost reduction, process optimization, and business transformation, helping industrial companies improve productivity, profitability, and long-term performance. His experience spans engineering, new product development, innovation, manufacturing operations, and executive leadership, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of how to grow and scale industrial businesses.
Chris plays a key role in Seaway Metal Solutions’ acquisition and growth strategy, focusing on identifying, evaluating, acquiring, and scaling well-established structural steel fabrication, steel erection, and related businesses across North America. He works closely with the executive team and board to support strategic acquisitions, operational integration, and long-term value creation.
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario.
