- National Insurance number and right to work documentation
- Employment history, qualifications, and professional references
- Enhanced DBS certificate details and compliance records
- Bank details for payroll purposes where applicable
- Health information where relevant to role suitability
- For school contacts: name, job title, email, and phone number
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to provide education recruitment services, including matching candidates with suitable roles, carrying out compliance checks required by law and by KCSiE, processing payroll for supply workers, and communicating with schools and candidates about placements and opportunities.
4. Our Legal Basis
We process personal data under the following lawful bases as defined by UK GDPR: performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and legitimate interests in providing recruitment services.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
Candidate compliance files are retained for 6 years following the end of the last placement. School contact information is retained for the duration of our business relationship and for 3 years after the last contact.
6. Sharing Your Data
We share candidate information with schools only for the purpose of arranging placements. We share data with our DBS umbrella body for enhanced DBS processing. We do not sell personal data to any third party.
7. Your Rights
